Location was very good. Connected with a mall internally. Good options available in the mall food court. Check-In and check-out was fast and convenient. Facilities are all good. Excellent views from the room, as my room was on 23rd Floor. In-room facilities were all of good standard. (Tea-Coffee making/Free of Charge mini-bar/ good quality toiletries etc.) Complementary large water(2L) bottle was served in the room Bed and pillows were Okay.. but not great.

This was my third stay at the hotel. Even though the Fitness Centre is officially only for men, they allowed me to use it early in the morning and even gave me the keys on one occasion. The staff were particularly helpful and the food is excellent. I will come back again at my next stay in Taif.
